Course Description

Welcome to the Pilates Course! 

Pilates is whole-body fitness. It has many benefits such as increasing flexibility, developing core strength, improving your posture, increasing energy, and much more. The instructor of this course is a professional Pilates instructor, Megan. This course contains 10 lessons and each lesson is about 10 minutes long, so you can always have time to practice no matter how busy you are.
