Course Description

Welcome to the “Belly Dance for Beginners” course! This course consists of 10 lessons where we will learn all the basic moves of belly dancing. At the end of the course, we will put together all that we have learned into a cool warm-up routine that can be used before each lesson. It is also a wonderful workout for our rib cage, shoulders, arms, and head.
